Do vaccinated overseas travelers need quarantine upon arrival?

China's National Health Commission held a press conference on February 10, 2021 (Wednesday) at 15:00 p.m.
Spokesperson Mi Feng said that according to China's regulations, overseas travelers who have received COVID-19 vaccine must still quarantine upon arrival in the Chinese mainland.
"I want to stress is that after vaccination, most people will produce antibody, can effectively prevent disease, but there are still a few kinds of recipients may not produce antibodies or drops of insufficient, may still be infected, and even some also may become the source of infection, so suggest even vaccinated, still need according to the present rules on the prevention and control measures, prevention and control for the corresponding processing."
